On the road to Charlottetown, PEI, and CLAY 2016 gathering...

Day 3: Rain from Ontario joins the trip, and onto Charlottetown, PEI

7:10am You've got to get up, you've got to get up, you've got to get up in the morning!

This is the same weather system that delivered about 25 mm of rain to the entire province of Ontario on Monday and Tuesday.  How much water does a rain cloud hold?

This picture didn't have it's first cup of coffee yet!

8:00am It is raining so hard outside that it's raining inside as well!  The hatch over Charlotte's head was leaking.

9am Preparing to leave Moncton, NB.  The visit to TreeGo (canopy walk and zip-lining) is cancelled.  Canon Linda is disappointed.

11:10am.  Crossing the http://www.confederationbridge.com/about/confederation-bridge.html.

Welcome to Prince Edward Island!  (about two hours earlier than planned!)

12:00 Are you surprised that this was the next stop?  Click here for Avonlea Village website.  While there, check out the Cows Ice Cream web site as well!

1:00pm: the Green Gables Visitor Centre.  A National Historic site.
Canon Linda has some new ideas for decorating the house.

Day 4: First full day of the Combined Lutheran Anglican Youth gathering.
