PEWS NEWS AT ST. JAMES
CARE AND SHARE CHRISTMAS OUTREACH - There is a sign-up sheet on the tri fold bulletin board for people who can help with the baking for this annual event. Each baker is asked to supply one dozen cookies and bring them to church on December 11. For more information please contact Linda B., Janet C. or Gail G.

WE WOULD LIKE TO THANK ROY & JEAN K. for again this year donating the Christmas Tree for the church in loving memory of James L.

CHRISTMAS TREES -
There are signup sheets in the narthex for volunteers to help with the selling of the trees. This is a major fund raiser for our church and much needed this year the same as every year.

ACW NOTES
ACW CHRISTMAS PARTY will be held on Dec. 5, at 6:30 p.m.
There will be a pot luck dinner for all the women of the parish.

CALENDARS - The 2012 calendars are now available on the table in the narthex. They are selling for $6.00 each. A cash box is with them.

BIBLE STUDY WITH BISHOP TERRY - Tues. Dec. 13th 8 a.m. at
The Church of St. John the Evangelist, 23 Water St. N. Kitchener, ON

CLAY 2012 will be held August 16 – 19, 2012 in Saskatoon! This is the second time the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Canada (ELCIC) and the Anglican Church of Canada (ACC) are joining forces to bring the youth of the nation the ultimate worship and learning experience!
Hyperlink will be the theme for the 2012 Canadian Lutheran Anglican Youth (CLAY) gathering. At the gathering we will be exploring all of the links in our lives and how God is involved with them. Check out the site to learn more about the theme, what is involved in a gathering, and how you can register with a team to be in Saskatoon.
